Cough 009 - [Video Post]
Aug. 26th, 2009 01:59 am[An arm moves away from the screen, having just been turned on and we see Ukitake sitting cross-legged on the grass in front of his house. It is night, but he seems content regardless.]
So much has been going on lately, causing so much unhappiness.
[He looks up, supposedly at the sky, and then realizes the PCD's view isn't skyward. He takes it and positions it so we can see a sky full of stars dotting the black. We now hear his voice.]
Sometimes it helps to look up and realize how small we all are. There are all these other worlds out there, just existing, and we get so caught up with our own problems that we forgot to also exist at times. Now, I'm not saying to forget about your own desires or complications in life, but it helps to take a moment to just be.
[We see Ukitake's face come back into view and he gives a quick smile before turning off the feed.]
