[The video turns on to show someone who seems to be Ukitake, but...his hair is all wrong.
Or maybe just different.
He has braided small portions of it, strung in beads in other areas, and even managed to steal a bright, yellow chocobo feather, also in his hair. But he has so much hair that it doesn't seem too cluttered. Somehow.
But based on his grin, Ukitake probably wouldn't mind if he did drown his hair in...stuff. He's obviously having a good time.]
How do I look? I figured I should practice my hair before Halloween in case I need to add or subtract something. I've never dressed as a pirate before, but nothing is really wrong, yes?
[And he fluffs his hair a few times before shutting off the PCD.]

That is a difficult question to answer simply. You have to take into account multiple variables, such as a person's upbringing and surroundings, as well as even their genetics which can pass down desirable and undesirable traits.
However, I personally believe that everyone is born good, but as they grow and the world around them influences them, that good is combated with bad, or even evil.
